Before 2022. Someone used plumbing parts in the panel to protect wires. External outlet would trip frequently. I've never seen this style of circuit breaker before this house. Replacing one breaker costs $50 because it's hard to find.

After 2023. New 100 Amp DSquare panel and DSquare breakers. Sense device installed for monitoring electric usage. Proper connectors at every exit. All news wires except for source. To test the installation, I loaded the panel with a 4 electric space heaters, hot water running, induction cooktop running, and Tesla charging and it ran flawlessly.
